CCS/TMS320F28379D: power sequence

Part Number: TMS320F28379D

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Dear team,

We found in F28377D datasheet said "Before powering the device, no voltage larger than 0.3 V above VDDIO should be applied to any digital pin, and no voltage larger than 0.3 V above VDDA should be applied to any analog pin. "

Do anyone show me the reason? Why no voltage larger than 0.3 V above VDDIO should be applied to any digital pin, and no voltage larger than 0.3 V above VDDA should be applied to any analog pin before powering the device?

In actual applications, if the DSP is not powered on, voltage may be applied to the IO port. In some applications, it is necessary to add a conversion circuit, which brings great inconvenience to the application.
