CCS/F28M35H52C: Problems with FW update via UART0 and C2Prog

Yes, I contacted with Codeskin and they try solve this problem also. I use rev. E  chips.  I successfully programmed rev. B chip, placed on my electronic board, about one year ago.

Now I try to program TMDSDOCKH52C1 release 2.0 with rev. B processor. This board not connect. SW1 BOOT switches ON according TMS320F28M35xx Concerto controlCARD Information Guide

I spoke to Codeskin yesterday briefly on this on the failure details.  As of now, it does not seem to be a device issue.  I will let Codeskin debug this further.  They will contact me as needed.

Are you saying that Rev E worked fine now?  I understand that Rev B did not succeed now.

I will also ask our CC expert to take a look at this to confirm the configuration.

can you please take a photo which shows all configuration switches and jumpers for the controlCARD?

This will allow us to quickly rule out configuration issues.

At first I had a problem running C2prog.  After installing version 1.8.7-4, problems with running C2prog were resolved.  Now, at the next stage, I cannot program the crystal with E revision with C2prog. 

I am programming chips of such types (rev. E) using CCS via JTAG without any problems. Once I have upgraded FW of F28M35H52C1 rev. B from C2prog. It was about a year ago. Now I trying to program 3 items of rev. E chips by C2prog  and have no results.

I can take photo on Monday. But I remember SW1 positions that I instal. On-On-off-on. After installed positions I checked voltage at boot  pins.
