When I use Design DRIVE Development Kit IDDK R2.2.1, the inverter is often mis-protected after power-up, which prevents the IPM from working.
The phenomenon is that the SHUTDOWN pin is high and 3 input protection signals of U6 (or gate unit) are low, whereas the final output protection signal is high. It mainly occurs when the system hardware is powered up for the first time. I have no idea about solving this and it sometimes will disappear a while later but sometimes won't. This problem could occur when the DC-bus is not supplied.
I think it's a hardware circuit problem which mis-protect the IPM module, because it also occurs when the official program is used,.
In addition, the IPM was replaced by myself recently. It still have this problem.
