Hello,

Can you please tell me the dimension of this (TIDM-02008) reference design (i.e. Length, Width and Height in mm)? I could not find it in the user manual.

    You can refer to the hardware files in altium for the size of the board. Below is the density we got, but there is definitely more density possible with a more optimized layout. The heigh assumed is the max height of the cap which is 40mm, the control card height is higher but it can be easily re-designed to meet this requirement. 

    3300/(244mmx 85mm x 40 mm) = 65W/inches^3
