TMS320F2806: Replacement of TMS320F206PZA

Hi team,

Since F206 is EOLed, customer is looking for replacement. What is device with minimum changes with F206 and still in production? This is a quite old legacy project, thus they prefer minimum effort.

    Brian,

    I think F206 follow-up was actually a C54x device, not a C2000. But C5x has reached its end as well.

    As stated it is a VERY old device. If they are looking at something for real-time control with embedded flash I would start with TMS320F280045
