TMS320F28374S: Any changes in the device since 2017 ?

HI,

I am planning to use the TMS320F28374SPTPS in my application and I have old parts available with a date code of W31/2017. Are there any major changes to the device from that date to the current date? Anything that I should consider as an issue or can I go ahead with my project?

Is your concern over device/HW/SW or the fact that these are 3 years old? Have they been sealed or open?

From a device/HW/SW perspective all production F2837x are the same Rev C. Since these are older they are from our original fabrication facility. We have since started manufacturing on a secondary facility. Device wise you won't see a difference, but all the flash tools were updated to accommodate material from this new facility.
