CCS/TMS320F28377S: How to check cpu utilization

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Is there any way to check the how much % of CPU is utilized during execution of program in CCS or any software technique??

I am using TMS320F28377S microcontroller.

Sam,

The only way I know of doing this in Code Composer Studio is if you are running TI-RTOS. There is a set of tools available for TI-RTOS that include a CPU utilization display. The feature is dependent on the TI-RTOS kernel.

Thanks for replay,

Actually I want to display cup utilization on lcd display. So any other way to calculate it using software (I am not using RTOS).

Sam,

If you are not using RTOS, then we do not have tools to measure the CPU utilization.
