Hi,
The low frequency FETs do not need heatsink under the forced air cooling condition. Each FETs dissipate less than 2W under the full load condition.
The 'heatsink required' note was inserted in case the systems runs without a fan.
So you don't need the heatsink as long as your test set up follows the user's guide.

Thank you for your response. So I won't use a heatsink as you advise, I have another query, If you allow me what is the need of the diode bridge in the Totem Pole Bridgeless topology

As you mentioned before, it is a bridgeless topology and low freq FETs are turned on and off during the PFC operation.
The diode bridge and relay are placed to deal with the inrush current.
