I was not able to detect the serial COM port on the device manager and wanted to enable the USB serial port as suggested in the port https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/t/670519.
While performing these steps mentioned in the above post using M-PROG, After the step 10) Device >> Erase, The board disconnected from the PC and reconnected, Now not able to find the device even if I scan for the multiple times. Its EEPROM got erased and device got disconnected without programming it back, I wanted to know if is there a way to program the EEPROM back so that device can be connected over USB serial port.

The USB interface to the PC is handled by the FT2232H component of the XDS100 design. According to its datasheet, the device will default to dual USB-to-Serial when the EEPROM is erased:
If you cannot detect it, try to reinstall the drivers from FTDI or try another PC.
