Our customer would like to create the 8bit multiplexer with CLB.
They would like to make the same circuit as 74HC151.

Could you please let me know if the same circuit can be built with CLB?

Everything is digital, 8 signals to choose from. 3 select inputs?

It would have be a multi-tile design if you want ALL INPUTs (8 inputs + 3 select inputs) to be inputs to the CLB. But if the 3 select inputs could just a software configurable option, you can do this in one tile.
