TIDM-02008: Inductor L100, L101 & L102

Hi,

Good day. I hope you are doing fine.

Our customer is looking for the supplier for the L100, L101, L102 (G164005LF) used on TIDM-02008. As I have checked the BOM, it seems that is was manufactured by GCI Technologies. Our customer tried to reached out to them, unfortunately they didn't receive any response from them.

In line with this, can you please suggest an alternate part for this? Any help for this is greatly appreciated.

Here is what we have for the prelim inductor TI designed

Core: Magnetics Manufacturer : ALPS Green Devices Co. LTD

Core Part Number: GLT120D

Mount: VTM160-4

Winding: 80 Turns, 16 AWG

Magnet Wire Type: NEMA MW-29 or MW-80,

Inductance at 0Adc: 481 uH +/-10%

DC resistance: 0.042 Ohm Max

This is not the final one used and we moved to slightly different material, but that info is proprietary and I cannot share on the forum. They will need to reach out to the manufacturer. The above will yield close to the final.
