HVPMSMMTR: Ld and Lq of motor?

Team,

A customer of mine is looking for Ld and Lq sync inductances of the motor. This info is not in the motor datasheet. 

Do we have any SW examples where it can be found? Or does someone konw Ld/Lq of this motor?

    We dont have a released example sw for this. A simple method would be use LCR meter to find out the inductance of the motor at various shaft positions. The inductance will vary in a sinusoidal fashion between two values within a cycle of rotation as many times as the number of pole pairs. The lowest value is Ld and highest value is Lq.

    There are better ways than this but this is so simple to get started.
