TMS320F28027: GUI Error: load a valid .a00 File

Hi,

Some suggestions as below:

1. You will need to connect to the device with code composer and load/flash either the VMC or PCMC .out from controlSUITE:

 C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVPSFB_v1.1\HVPSFB_VMC         Or

C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVPSFB_v1.1\HVPSFB_PCMC

 Once you have done this, you can try and reconnect with the GUI.  

2. please refer to the QSG-HVPSB-Rev1.1 and HVPSFB_User's Guide_v1.1 in the controlSUITE folder for the GUI usage.

I think the issue is probably due the the "setup connection" button in the GUI where you need to disable "boot on connect". Also you need to select the correct port and so on to make it connected.

Can you elaborate this as all the other I have done as default given in QSG-HVPSB-Rev1.1 and HVPSFB_User's Guide_v1.1, also the port is correct. Can you elaborate this  disable "boot on connect" , I will check it also

Once you click the setup connection on the right bottom corner you will see a window as below. You need to deselect the option"boot on connect".

Thanks for providing the link though I think they are separate issues. 

So the issue right now is still "Please ensure SCI boot jumper is placed or that the target is flashed then try again", or you saw any other errors?
