F28035 controlCARD with mini-USB XDS100 Emulation available

At this time, the F28035 controlCARD with the XDS100 emulation on the controlCARD appears to be unique to the DRV8412 kit.

All the other kits assume the XDS100, or external emulator, is not on the controlCARD and implemented on the application specific kit.

Again, at this time.  Perhaps this will change in the future.

A new DRV kit is upcoming with the new F2806x Piccolo, and then we will be making the isolation and emulation standard on the controlCARDs (offering both for some time).
