Hey Guys,

I would like to use AD Convertet values in a feedback control - so i need the exactly sampling time for the analog conversion.

so there are some timing questions - witch are not clear from the Manual.

First i got the ADCCLK, that's the clock witch the ADC works with, but how mutch periods of the ADCCLOCK a conversion Take ? The S&H Timing x Conversions ?

Assumed i switch the AD Converter in Continius mode and it convert 4 conversions with the ADCCLK of 25MHz - how long does the ADC Interrupt take to the next Convertion ?

Just look into doc called "Analog-to-Digital converter and Comparator" (SPRUGE5B) Page 11, ch. 1.3.1. There is what You need if I caught You right.

The total ADC conversion time = 1/(ADC CLK + S/H CLK).

Kindly refer the Literature spru060d (sect 1.3), to configure the ADC interrupt for various conversion mode.
