TMS320F28379D: FTDI driver functional error-Reg

Dear All,

I am using Code Composer Studio Version 10.1.0 and TMS320F28379D "Three Phase Vienna Rectifier Evaluation module" with normal Micro USB Debugger. From this Tuesday we were getting this Pop-up while Loading and debugging the project. We had tried many possible ways suggested in this forum still the error didn't get solved.

As Shown in the below image. Help me to resolve this..

Ganapathy,

Can you go to Windows Device Manager and check if it enumerated properly?

Thanks for your response.,

We had verified through the device manager also, there is no detection of debugger while inserting or removing the it to the USB port.

Ganapathy,

When you plugin USB cable, there is no change reported by Windows? Do you have another USB cable or try different USB port?

Also, you can try updating FTDI driver.

Dear Santosh.,

I had tried all the above also, there is no change reported by windows. There is no FTDI update available in the Device manager for any update.

Ganapathy,

Is this Win 10 computer? The windows should detect the bus activity. Do you have another computer to try?

How are you connecting the boards? Can you send the picture?

Dear Santosh.,

We tried that too, since there is no detection in other PC which is running ON Win 7.

We connected USB cable to connector J8 on control card and +12V DC input from the adapter to J4 on the base board.

Also could you please provide us the information about the why the LED's(LED2 and LED 3) are blinking in the control card which is not happened before. And also in which position the switch SW1 to be during "RUN".
