Hello,

I am reading the speed of the PMSM motor using eQEP. I need to see the speed and theta online. So I add variable related to speed and theta to watch expression and add a breakpoint. form breakpoint properties I change from Action to update the view. At that time I can see the changes in my variable but it can not show the speed correct. when I deactivate the breakpoint I can see that it can read speed correct but it does not update. Could you please help me with this?

I changed the continuous refresh interval to 100 ms. but it is slow again. Is there any way to see the variables in a high refresh rate or real-time?

Hello,

100ms is the lowest value supported by the CCS IDE. For anything faster, you will need to use some HW solution (logic analyzer, etc)

Hi Kim,

Thank you for your reply. Also, Can I see my variables in DAC f28335? I searched the pdfs of f28335 but I can not find anything to initialize DAC pins to see a variable by an oscilloscope.
