TMS320F2812: Will the new NFBGA package version be AEC-Q100 qualified?

Hello,

My customer uses the TMS320F2812GHHQ that uses the u*BGA package that we just replaced by the NFBGA. Is there a plan to have an AEC-Q100 qualified version of the F2812 in NFBGA? Thank you.

Hi François,

The TMS320F2812GHHQ (automotive package), will not have a corresponding nFBGA package (only industrial). Designers can look at the expanded automotive portfolio to prepare a transition to a more recent device.
