Customer reported they failed to unlock F280049 after they downloaded the secured firmware(with password programmed) with UniFlash 6.0.0. They tried to input their password in Setting & Utilities, then click “Program password” or "Unlock, and the below image showed. And sometimes the error -1156 was reported, which indicated that the device might be operating in low-power mode. However, it could work well with CCS tool. Could you please help check what the possible reasons for this?
Aki,
If they have already programmed the password as part of secure firmware, why are they programming it again via Uniflash ? Can you take a snapshot from CCS flash plug-in of memory view of USER OTP where security settings are programmed and send it. You can remove the password values for it.

Vivek,
Agree with your point, but they also tried to "unlock“ the device with Uniflash, and the result was the same.
As requested, please send me the snapshot of USER OTP settings.

Customer has removed the device from the board so not able to debug it further. Will look into this if they see this issue again.
