Dear All,
While testing the three phase vienna rectifier module at 40VAC input with 0.5 duty at the "Open Loop Build 1". We had obtained the below waveform during measuring current in the input phase we think that it will occur in "closed loop". Please clarify that this may occur or not.

Sorry I am unclear on what specific explanation is needed.
The waveform you have above tells me the neutral is not connected as described in Lab1.
see Fig 16, 
Mid point needs to be connected to the neutral from the AC source for you to repeat steps as shown in the UG.
Anything outside the UG is your experiment and we are unable to assist which each and every observation you may make. If you have clarification on specific steps please we will be happy to assist.
