TMS320F280025C: have issue of download code with C2prog for F28002x

Hi Team,

Customer feedback that there have issue of lastest C2prog that connect the F28002x:

Unable to connect to F28002x with SCI mode.
There is no DCSM setting in C2prog as below showed, only have one password setting. is it correct?

Could you help take a check the issue ?

C2Prog will automatically detect which zone requires unlocking and use the keys provided.

As Vamsi requested, please provide more information about how the connections fails.

Can you flash using C2Prog over JTAG?

Hi Vamsi，

Below are the error that showed. they did not use C2prog over JTAG as their board are not supported. but they have test F28027 programming that is ok with SCI.

Thank you for this screenshot.

I would recommend that the following be checked:

- has the correct COM port been selected?

- is target powered-up and configured for SCI bootmode?

- are the correct SCI pins being used (GPIO 28/29)?

- is the serial communication circuitry correctly implemented (from MCU GPIO to PC USB port)?

- is the circuitry around the MCU properly implemented (power supplies, etc)?

Thanks for your support, Customer feedback that they use gpio16, gpio17, this may be the issue that unbale to connect.
