TMDSECATCNCD379D: How to interpret ET1100 error counter

Part Number: TMDSECATCNCD379D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CONTROLSUITE

Hi there,

Based on TMDSECATCNCD379D we have developed our own servo motor slave. But regarding the network stability we don't know how to analyze. We look into ET1100 error counter and have observed these situations:

1. The rx error counter increment 5-6 times the first hr then no change for the rest of the day. No increment on CRC error counter as well the whole day

2. No rx error counter or CRC error counter the whole day

3. rx error counter and CRC error counter increment every 2-3 hr

We don't know how to interpret these. Is it normal, part of the nature of a normal ethercat network or some of our circuit board messed up?
