TMS320F28069M: Bulk chip programming

Hi TI,

We are trying to get the micro pre-programmed by the supplier. Their system is configured to flash the memory range from 0x3D7800 to 0x3F7FFF.

Since this range includes OTP and other calibration data, are they going to wipe out the data there or is it protected from an external program operation?

What is your recommendation? Exclude that area and start from 0x3D8000?

As mentioned in the offline communication that we had now: Calibration data etc. will not be disturbed. They are all protected. Only USER OTP and Flash are allowed for programming.

Readback/verify will fail for protected region, correct?

If they try to program and verify, yes it will fail, as it is not modifiable memory.
