CCS/TMS320F280049: DCSM configuration not showing in sysconfig

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I have added sysconfig in my project.

device : F28004x

--package F28004x_64PM

--part F28004x_64PM

pinmux is showing

CLB is also showing

However DCSM is 'not showing'.

How can I enable the DCSM configuration?
