CCS/TMS320F280041C: XDS110 probe looses connection

Part Number: TMS320F280041C

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Greetings! I`m driving a full IGBT bridge with F280041C. I am running the tests from the InstaSPIN lib. The problem is when I apply high voltage(300V) to the bridge and enable the PWM generation my PC looses connection with the probe. It says it had made a few attempts to read a register and failed. But the controller continoues to run with no issue -> no fault, nothing. My uC is galvanic separated from the power line and there is no load - no current flow. I am uploading my JTAG schematic. The jumper is open. Do I need to add some filter caps on the lines? How to prevent this connection break? On low voltages(65 for example) I have similar problem only if I try to supply the bridge after the probe is debugging. I think it is dv/dt issue.

Any ideas?ti jtag.pdf

Thanks!
