I'd like to get ESMO source code and Library and furthermore relative examples on how to use ESMO algorithm.

I wonder if you guys have any documents that include specific explanation about ESMO

I am trying to apply the algorithm to F28379D.

eSMO library support for F2837x is included in C2000Ware-MotorControl-SDK

actually, let me correct that. We haven't released this in the SDK yet. it will be included in a release end of Q1 2021.

the library is only available today in the older controlSUITE examples. this is a fixed point version.
