TMS320F28075: HS vs LS SPI Mode

Part Number: TMS320F28075

SPI LOW Speed vs HIGH Speed….. Is there a  “Rule of Thumb” on when one needs to Use High Speed Mode?

Here are details of application:

TMS320F28075PTPT (176 pin)

120Mhz SYSCLK (20Mhz XTAL * 6)

LSPCLK = SYSCLK / 4 = 30Mhz

SPI FREQ = 30Mhz/(1+SPIBRR)

EXAMPLE: 5Mhz  (SPIBRR= 5)

I would expect LOW Speed Mode to be more tolerance/ROBUST to timing etc

I plan on using the IO below for our SPI….. to allow us flexibility for having Low + High speed Mode
