Hi Folks ,

I am trying to launch target configuration for TMS320F280025C control card on CCS Version Version: 10.1.1 , but when i am trying to connect the target getting the following error

 " IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.2.0.00002) " .

The JTAG DR integrity Test passes through and also tried connecting the target at lower TCLK /resetting target but am getting the same connect error , 

The control card Switch setting are as below image

Could you please let me know what else can be tried to in order to resolve the above error .
