TMS320F28386D: Data retention above Tj 85°C

Hello,

In the datasheet of the component, you stipulate a data retention of at least 20years for a Tj of 85°C.

What is the data retention derating at higher Tj temperature ?

The component being recommended for Tj up to 125°C, this is an information I need to justify the compatibility of our design with our system specifications.

What is the data retention derating at higher Tj temperature ?

That will be 10 year but please refer this report also which provides detail on how to calculate "Lifetimes of Embedded Processors".
