Compiler/C2000-CGT: Are there any official Docker container with cgt?

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

I'm looking for a ready-to-run C2000 code generation environment for automated builds, like a Docker container.

I have never found such an environment before, so I built my own Docker container. teehoshino/c2000-cgt-19_20.2.3.lts Tags - Docker Hub

Is it prohibited to keep public the container? Or have you any plan to publish official environment?

Does this mean that developers can obtain an installation of the C2000 compiler without agreeing to the associated license?
