Hi,

In TMS320F28379D has PIE module , Whats is use of it ? how it differ from other interrupt function works ?

if i am using two interrupt function one for SCI TX and other for ePWM , My question is while SCI get transmit interrupt ePWM generation task gets suspended(blocked ) or not?

You can think of the PIE as the interrupt controller on the C2000 devices. It controls both ISR enables as well as priority of the ISR from all the peripherals. Here's a link to a short overview of this on the F2837xD from our one day workshop(go to the 4:22 mark)

To answer your second question directly, yes the default behavior of the PIE is to disable all other interrupts once an ISR begins servicing. This can be disabled in order to nest interrupts if that is needed. In cases where the SCITX and PWM interrupts come at the same time the PIE will resolve based on a priority ranking , in this case the PWM is higher priority than the SCI so it would go first.
