Sorry for the delay, to read this data using a JTAG scan, I would recommend to use a BSDL scan tool such as XJTAG:
JTAG tool can interactively drive the IOs to be ‘1’ or ‘0’ and you should be aware to what is externally connected to the IOs in their target board for you to be able to use this JTAG tool in debugging their HW.

I'm using JTAG Technologies tools to perform the test.
All the details above already done. The issue is how to get the data in the result register that store the information of the built in ADC.
There is no information in the data sheet of the device.

I apologize for the delay, the BSDL file addresses the input / output buffers that receive/send data through I/O pins. Are you trying to access other registers than pin registers?
