I have two sets of LANUCHXL + DRV8305 BOOST XL.
The 1st set has a working COM port with J5 and J6 = Open, so I can have SCI/UART TX/RX to FT2232H and thus into USB. The laptop detected this COM port without issue.
The 2nd set has not working COM port. It has the same jumper configuration as above but Laptop did not detect COM port. As I push the reset button, I can see TX welcome message from the LED (D7/D8) but could not stream to the laptop because there no COM port.
I'm open for suggestions on how to fix them. There no fault in FW because it was working fine on 1st set. Both have the same jumper arrangement and BOOSTXL DRV8305 board. I suspecting something in FT2232H is not setup for 2nd COM port to be regonised.
