CCS/TMS320F280041C: InstaSPIN how to load the code into the flash

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Greetings! I`ve made a small project base on InstaSPIN lib. Now I want to load it into my uC. So I switch to Flash_lib and used the debug button to load it. The problem is after I turn off the power and again turn on nothing happens. So I think the program is not loaded. How to fix this?
