I've seen the other posts regarding FFT and the CLA. It seems like overall the C2000 position on running FFTs on the CLA is kinda wishy washy. You have Vishal's excellent workshop video and software package which provides the ROM symbols for the FFT stuff on the 37x, but they aren't provided anywhere else that I see.
Also in the datasheet for the 004x you clearly make a nod to the FFT functionality in the CLA ROM and point the user to the CLAPROMCRC section of the TRM, but the only thing discussed in this section is the CRC functionality.
So whats the deal? Is this being documented and released? If not, perhaps the references to FFT on the CLA should be removed so as to not confuse customers?
