Tms320f28034 do function test to light up the LED nixie tube, the LED nixie tube does not display. The failed pin test was PIN33
Resistance test of PIN33 of failure channel to ground
1.The resistance of normal chip to ground is 11-15m Ω, and that of failure chip is 1.2-1.5k Ω.
2.The board of the normal chip, that is, the circuit board that the digital tube can display normally. After the 33 pin is short circuited to the ground, and then powered on, if the digital tube does not display, this phenomenon can be repeated
