CCS/TMS320F28335: I confused of SCI Buffer.

Hi,

They are 2 different buffers 1 for transmit and other for receive. When the fifo mode is enabled, bit SCIFFENA of SCIFFTX register set then the words that are received into by SCI RXD pin are stored into the receive FIFO buffer. The number of stored words in the fifo can be obtained by the vaiue in RXFFST of SCIRXFF register. Those words can be read by reading the register SCIRXBUF.

Similarly the words that are written to SCITXBUF for tranmission on SCI TXD pin are first stored in transmit buffer and then shifted.
