Hello,

We are developing new control using TMS320F28388D DSP. We have purchased control card TMDSCNCD28388D for evaluation purpose.

As per schematic of TMDSCNCD28388D, you have used less number of capacitors on 3.3V and 1.2V supply line compare to mention in TMS320F28388D datasheet.

And in datasheet you have also mentioned to connect capacitor on each pin of supply line.

So what are exact number of capacitors require for supply line?

Hi,

Placing a decoupling cap on each pin is a recommendation. Ultimately since the sets of pins will be connected together, the board layout is more important than the actual number of capacitors used.
