TMS320F28388D: VSS on HLQFP176 package

According to the data sheet, digital ground supply VSS is at pins 177,178,179,180. The package has only 177 pins (176+TPAD).

Is that a typo or am I missing something?

Hi Timor,

On QFP package we have the PowerPAD on the bottom of the package which must be soldered to the ground plane of the PCB. That should be pin #177 so you are right that we should not have 178/179/180 pin in the list but I need to check with concern engineer on this. Due to holiday time, I'll be able to confirm this only in Ist week of Jan 2021. Hope this is ok.

Just want to confirm that PowerPAD is pin #177. We'll update the datasheet in next release to remove other pins. Once again, thank you for providing valuable feedback.
