Hi Manish,
I have already assembled the gate drivers of TIDA-01606. I evaluated the gate drivers under DC-Check. However, I am not sure whether the output PWMs are right or not. Firstly, there are spikes on the PWMs signals. Secondly, the PWMs amplitudes are -4.8 V, 13.2 V and -4.2 V and 19 V while they should be -5V, 15V and -5V, 20 V. Would you please let me know why the amplitudes are different from the design values, and what is the reason for spikes on PWMs. Please see the attached figures.
The first PWM: High= 13.2V and Low= - 4.8V
The second PWM: High = 19 V and Low= -4.2 V
