Hi all,
I'm looking for a controller chip (or DSP) suitable to control a 3 phase dc/dc boost converter. 3 parallel stages, each consisting of choke, switch (towards ground) and diode, should work in discontinuous conduction mode with additional slope control and shifted in phase by 120 degrees. Encouraged by Application Report SPRABE7-June 2010 (1 phase buck converter in discontinuous conduction mode with slope control), I thought TMS320F2803x to be the right chip because it contains three comparators (one for each phase current), cycle by cycle trip, 3 DACs and slope control. Further studying the chip's documentaion I found out, that slope compensation works just for one phase. So, what can I do for the two remaining phases? Is there a software solution with TMS320F2803x or are there other chips beeing able to provide slope control for all three phases?
Many thanks in advance for any sugestions,
