Thanks for Vivek's reply. How does CCS6.1.0 connect to target CPU? Which menu is this connection function in? Which option is it?

Please see Chapter 7.4 of the CCS User's Guide.

Please note that CCSV6.x is very old and no longer supported. I strongly suggest updating your CCS version to something more recent.
