TMS320F280049: What could be the typical cause for below program load error in CCS

Hi expert,

My customer is developing with CCS 10.1.1 in Win 10. They met below error and would like know the cause. This will not happen when they test with example project so I'd like to know what could be the typical cause for this.

Is there any initialized section mapped to RAM in the linker cmd file? Please check.
