CCS/F28M35H52C: Is it possible to download Core ARM and Core C28 by C2000-GANG together(just one-step)?

It should be possible, do you observe the check box immediately to the right of the cores become non-greyed out(Program all cores)?  This should allow you to do what you want.

I'd suggest reviewing the technical guide  .  I would also make sure that you have the latest GANG FW from this link .

If we see that this option cannot be not greyed out, then we can look into this further to understand why that is.

Thanks for your detailed reply. That helps a lot.

When I use Program all Cores enable (Go button),  Core ARM is downloaded successfully, but when it switches to download Core C28, it has error 73  or error 69. Do you know the reason?

Do you know if the Code Security Module has a password?  An easy way to do this would be to connect to the device in Code Composer and make sure you can connect and then read the memory on the C28x.

I would expect that the C2000-GANG should take care of releasing the C28x from reset from the M3, I believe you have stated that you don't have any issues programming each core on its own?  Can you confirm?

I can program each core on its own on the condition that I need to power off to download the next core C28 after ARM core is downloaded successfully. If I don't power off and download the C28, there will be a error like above. Is it necessary for this two-core downloading?

I'm going to ask my contact at Elprotronic to see if he has some input here.  I don't think there should need to be a power down, etc if we select the both core option.
