TMS320F28388D: My customer needs COFF format Flash API.

Hi champs,

According to F2838x Flash API Reference Guide, the C28x Flash API and CM Flash API object files are distributed in EABI format.

My customer needs COFF format Flash API and migrate their project from F28377D to F28388D, it is too complex to migrate the huge project from COFF to EABI format, how can we get COFF format Flash API to use please?
