TMS320F28069: dfuprog can't download the image to the device

Hi,

I'm trying to Upload/Download the code image from/to TMS320F28069 device using

the USB boot_loader and application dfuprog.

Device is running in DFU mode:

If I'm try upload image to file I'm getting the error:
