TMS320F28388D: CLA1Regs Length

Part Number: TMS320F28388D

Hi Team,

As per the TRM for F2838x, the length of CLA_REGS is 48h and for F2807x it is 40h. However, in the cmd files for these processors the length is mentioned as 80h. Which of these should be followed?

Also is it ok if the lengths are mentioned as per the TRM.

Hi,

The actual size of CLA_REGS is 0x80. But the registers after 0x48 are reserved and not implemented.

In the bitfield structs, we usually remove the last reserved registers. So, in case you want to keep the size as 0x48, that is fine.
