TMS320F28335: AGND to DGND Internal resistance

I have measured that the resistance from AGND to DGND internal to the TMS320F28335 was less than 10ohms. I didn’t find any reference to DGND-AGND isolation in the technical reference or datasheet, so I just want to check with you to make sure this value is reasonable.

Please confirm the valkue and also where this data can be found if needed.

Thanks for reaching out to the E2E forums. I'll need to do some digging to get this level of detail for you.

I believe on this device that there is pin isolation, i.e. AGND and DGND go to physically different ports on the device to help with noise immunity, but I believe at the substrate level there will be a common connection. Off the cuff I think this is a reasonable value.

Please give me a few days to see if I have anything more concrete I can provide.
