TMS320F280049: live attach to target all variables are resetted

Hi everybody ,

I m on F280049 I want to attach live to target . Now I can connect but variables are resetted .

I checked the Gel file “f280049.gel " and it seems confirmed during TargetConnect you execute function F280049_Memory_Map(), whcih is resetting variables .

please what can I do ? coudl you kindly confim me procedure to live attach the target ?

Carlo,

Open the target configuration (CCS menu View -> Target Configuration), expand project.

Go to Advanced tab, then remove the gel file, and then save.

Now launch target configuration (right-click, press Launch selected configuration), and then connect.

Now it will not reset the target.
