Can anyone direct me on how I can install the FTDI drivers for the 28069 Launchpad?
I have done some development on another computer using CCS ( and XDS100V2 ) in which I use the second FTDI port as a virtual com port.
It is required that this application runs stand alone on PCs that will not have CCS installed. So I need the drivers.
Drivers from the FTDI site do not work.
I have searched for hours and cannot find the TI drivers

Steve,
Thanks for reaching out to the E2E. As you mentioned these are typically installed as part of the CCS package.
I don't believe these are available to download separately, but you can find them on the PC that does have the install in this path
C:\ti\ccs_base\emulation\windows\xds100_drivers
and then copy them over to your other PC where you don't want CCS.
Just to clarify the FTDI on the LaunchPad is programmed to be a XDS100v2 emulator with serial back channel; so that is why drivers from FTDI directly will not work.
Best,
Matthew
